Comprehensive support to foster healing, stability and independence.
Our recuperative care services are structured around the needs of people recovering from an acute illness while experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Each guest receives personalised support and a safe space to heal.
Our compassionate team is on site around the clock to assist with daily living activities, medication reminders and emotional support.
An advanced practice provider is available by phone to address health concerns and ensure continuity of care.
Guests stay in clean, furnished rooms with access to bathrooms and three nutritious meals each day.
Case managers work with hospitals and community partners to create individualized care plans and connect guests to housing resources.
Support for mental health and substance use concerns is available through referrals and partnerships with providers.
We collaborate with hospitals, clinics, shelters and social services to ensure seamless transitions and sustained recovery.
Serenity Recuperative Care operates under the Minnesota Department of Human Services recuperative care guidelines. Guests must be medically stable, not requiring inpatient care, and able to perform activities of daily living with support. We provide 24‑hour access to a bed, bathroom and meals, and maintain policies that respect privacy, cultural preferences and dignity.
